Our June club meeting will be on Saturday, June 7th at 1 p.m. with a workday starting at 8:30 a.m.
The 2025 Triennial will run from June 14th to June 29th. The first week is the preparation week, dedicated to setting up for the event. Thursday and Friday, June 19th and 20th will be transition days where set-up is complete, but the primary operation of the Triennial has not yet begun. Just so we have an excuse to come out and play with trains we will have a Father’s Day weekend club fun day the Saturday before Father’s Day.
Our August club meeting will be on Saturday, August 2nd along with a regularly scheduled workday. The workday starts at 8:30 a.m. with club meeting planned for 1 p.m.
Our annual summer night run will be on Saturday, August 23rd. This is part of our Club Fun Day activities and is open to all club members, member families, and live steam hobbyist. For more information to those visiting the railroad please visit our Club Fun Day page for more information.
Note this is not a Public Ride Day.
Annual Boiler Inspection as well as a club fun day is planned for Saturday, September 13, 2025.
Mid-South Live Steamers annual spring meet will be Thursday, September 25th through Saturday, September 27th.

North Georgia Live Steamers invite you and all those who love trains to come out and ride trains with us on Saturday, October 4th from 1:00 - 4:30 p.m. We will be opening for our third public train ride day of the 2025 season and look forward to seeing you and all the different types of trains that will be operating on the Conyers & Hightower Trail Railroad.
Cost is $2 per person per ride on the railroad. Must be at least 18 months old or older. Sorry expectant mothers are not allowed to ride on the railroad. We do NOT accept debit/credit cards.
Our 4th Annual NGLS Fall Meet will be held Thursday, October 16th through Sunday October 19th. Additional details about the event will follow but for now here is what we have so far. This event is NOT part of our Public Train Ride events and not open to the general public.
