North Georgia Live Steamers Member News Update for April 24, 2020
What a crazy 2020 we have all had and often it has felt like ground hog day since mid-March. As everyone continues to watch everything related to COVID-19 our season to get out and visit with one another, play trains, and more continues to be at a distance.
As you might expect we have officially cancelled the May 16th public ride day. During this time, the grass continues to grow, the ants continue to walk the rails, any work around the railroad has obviously come to a halt. If you do decide to go out to the site for any reason please make sure you communicate this will Bill Leahy so he can make sure the horse park is aware and remember be safe when at the site.
While we sit around and find other things to do here are a few pictures cabooses that have traveled around the railroad over the past several seasons. If you have some pictures of your rolling stock and are interested in having those posted on our website please forward them to Robby.
